Is it perhaps possible that you are selling yourself short and have accepted things as they are because you feel that you have to? Do you want to change things?
If you are looking to change your business performance, are you ready to play a bigger game? Are you ready to aim for what you really want? Sometimes mediocre results come from aiming too low. To change things you have to boost your confidence, think big and sell the benefits of your service or product.
You need to design your 1-3-5 year plan and you need to determine your ideal clients. To avoid the painful growing pains of a business you need to implement specific systems and be prepared to delegate work. The purpose of a system is that it will free you up to only deliver the parts of the business that you are brilliant at. As the business grows you will also need to track and develop your business relationships. If you can build and nurture your business relationships you will find it easier and easier to attract repeat business.
